    -1 lb. cooked bacon, crumbled
    -1/3 cup chopped onion
    -2 cups Bisquick baking mix
    -1/2 tsp. salt 2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
    -4 cups milk
    -8 eggs
    -1/4 tsp. pepper

    Recipe



    -Lightly grease two 10 inch round pie plates.
    -Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion evenly into two dishes.
    -In a large mixing bowl, beat the remaining ingredients until smooth.
    -Pour mixture evenly into the dishes.
    -Bake both at 400 degrees for about 30 minutes or until the tops are golden brown.
    -Let dishes stand for five minutes before cutting.
    -We like to serve fresh sliced garden tomatoes with this simple quiche-type pie.
    *Serves 8 - 12
