Cream Puff Cake

Cake:
1 cup water
1 cup flour
1 stick butter
4 eggs
Filling:
3 boxes vanilla pudding
8 oz cream cheese
4 cups milk
8 oz Cool Whip
1 cup chocolate chips
Recipe
Heat water, and butter until the butter is melted, add the flour, let cook. Add the eggs, one at a time. Spread on the bottom, and a little on the sides of a 13" pan. Bake 35 minutes at 400. Let cool. Beat together the vanilla, pudding, cream cheese, and milk. Pour over cooled crust. Top with Cool Whip, and drizzle with melted chocolate chips.
