    Fresh Fruit Platter - serves 40

    Aunt Saunny

    2 pints fresh raspberries, washed
    4 pints fresh strawberries, washed and hulled
    2 pints fresh blueberries or blackberries, washed
    8 kiwis, skinned and sliced
    1 large pineapple, prepared and cut into chunks (optional)
    2 cups Superbrand lemon yogurt

    With paper towels, pat excess moisture from berries. Arrange on large platter. Pour lemon yogurt into serving cup (or half of pineapple shell) and place in center of platter or along side. Use slotted spoon for serving fruit.
