    Aunt Saunny

    crushed ice
    1/4 cup lime syrup
    2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
    2/3 cup chilled seltzer

    1.Fill a tall glass with crushed ice. Add lime syrup and juice. Slowly
    pour in seltzer to fill the glass. Using a long-handled spoon, stir
    gently.

    2. Garnish with fresh lime if desired. Serve immediately.
