Email to Aunt Saunny      Squash Bread Source of Recipe Aunt Saunny 18 oz. box yellow cake mix 3.9 oz. box vanilla instant pudding mix 4 eggs 1/4 cup vegetable oil 3 cups squash, peeled and grated 1/4 cup fresh basil, finely chopped 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 cup chopped nuts Combine all ingredients and pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans. Bake in a preheated 350° oven for 50 minutes or until knife comes out clean. Makes 2 loaves
