    BACON CHEDDAR PUFFS

    "Nana" to Bubbe & Alex

    ½ cup Milk
    2 Tblsp Margarine cut into small pieces
    ½ cup Flour
    2 Eggs
    ½ cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded
    4 slices Bacon cooked & crumbled
    1/4 cup chopped Green Onions
    ¼ tsp Salt
    ¼ tsp coarse ground pepper

    Preheat oven to 350º.
    Bring milk and margarine to a boil over medium heat.
    Add the flour all at once, stirring constantly until mixture forms a
    ball and leaves the sides of the pan.
    Remove from heat and add eggs one at a time.
    Stirring constantly until mixture is smooth.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Drop by teaspoonful on a greased foil-lined cookie sheet.
    Bake aproximately 12-15 minutes or until golden brown
