    Aunt Saunny

    Preheat oven 350F.

    1/2 pounds sliced bacon
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1/2 cup scallions
    1/2 cup green pepper
    1 cup milk
    12 eggs
    1 package(16oz.)frozen hashbrown potatoes
    1 cup(4 oz.pkg.)shredded chreddar cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. dill weed


    In skillet,cook bacon until crisp.Remove with slotted spoon;crumble
    and set aside.In drippings saute onion and green pepper until
    tender,remove with slotted spoon.Beat eggs and milk in a large
    bowl.Stir in hash browns,cheese,salt and pepper,dill
    weed,,onion,green pepper and bacon.Transfer in a greased 13x9x3 inch
    baking dish. Bake uncovered at 350F for 35 to 45 minutesor until a
    knife is inserted near center comes out clean.Serves 6 to8
