Breakfast Pizza Recipe

1 pkg. Sausage Links, cut into 1" diagonal slices
1 tube refrigerated crescent rolls
5 eggs, beaten
¼ cup milk
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Separate dough into eight triangles. Place in an ungreased 12" pizza pan with points toward the center. Press over bottom and up sides to form a crust and seal perforations. Mix eggs, milk, salt and pepper and pour into crust. Spoon sausage over top. Sprinkle with potatoes. Top with cheddar cheese. Bake in 375ºF oven for 20 -25 minutes. Serves 6-8.
