Yield: 2 Cups
1/2 c Packed brown sugar
1/3 c Water
2 tbl Butter
1 tsp Cornstarch
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
3 med Apples; peeled & sliced
Bring brown sugar, water, butter, cornstarch and cinnamon to a boil; boil until thick, about 2 minutes. Stir in apples; cook until tender, 10 to 12 minutes
