    Cornmeal Waffles

    Aunt Saunny

    1C cornmeal (see if you can find blue cornmeal!)
    1/2C flour
    2t b. powder
    1/2t salt

    1 1/2C buttermilk
    1/4C yogurt
    2 eggs, lightly beaten
    3T oil
    1C cooked wild rice (or seeds, or whatever)

    mix the dry, mix the wet in a separate bowl, mix them together and make waffles. yummy
