    Caramel Frosting

    Aunt Saunny

    Ingredients:
    1/2 cup butter
    1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
    1/2 cup packed dark brown sugar
    1/4 cup whole milk
    2 cups powdered sugar, sifted
    1 tsp vanilla extract

    Preparation:
    Bring butter and brown sugars to a boil iin a saucepan over
    medium heat and cook for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Add the milk and bring mixture back to a boil. Remove pan
    from heat and stir in the powdered sugar and vanilla, mixing
    until frosting is smooth. Frost cooled cake immediately.
