    Cococnut Pecan Cream Cheese Frosting

    8 oz cream cheese
    6 Tbsp.butter,melted
    1(1LB)pkg confectioners' sugar
    2 Tbsps vanilla extract
    1c.pecan,chopped
    1(6oz)package frozen shredded coconut

    Beat the cream cheese in a mixer bowl until creamy.Add the butter,confectioners'sugar,and vanilla and beat until smooth.Stir in the pecans and coconut..make enough to frost a 3 layer cake.....
