CANDY ROLL

INGREDIENTS:
3 tablespoons butter
10 ounces miniature marshmallows
6 cups crispy rice cereal
Cooking spray
1 1/2 feet wax paper
13 ounce package of your favorite miniature chocolate bars
8 ounce bag of M&M or cinnamon candies
DIRECTIONS:
Melt butter in saucepan over low heat. Add marshmallows and
stir until completely melted. Remove from heat and stir in
crispy rice cereal. On the wax paper, spread mixture into a
rectangular layer about 1-2 1/2 inches thick. Unwrap and chop
the candy bars, then sprinkle them onto the mixture. Spray
hands with cooking spray. Then roll the entire mixture into
a cylinder. Decorate the top of the roll with red and green
M&M candies or small red cinnamon candies. Slice an serve!
Yield: 10-12 Servings
