    1 box Powdered Sugar
    1/4 tsp Peppermint oil
    1 (3 oz) pkg Cream Cheese
    Food Color

    Cream the cheese, add the powdered sgar. Add peppermint oil and food coloring. Press into mint molds, or roll on powdered sugar and cut with shapped cutters. or shape with fingers.
