    Freezer Pickles

    List of Ingredients

    8 c. cucumbers, thinly sliced
    2 lg. onions, thinly sliced
    1 T. salt

    3/4 c. vinegar
    1 1/2 c. sugar

    1 tsp. mustard seed
    1 tsp. celery seed


    Recipe

    Cover cucumbers and onions with water and sprinkle with the salt.

    Let stand, and soak for 2 hrs.

    While pickles soak, mix 3/4 c. vinegar, and 1 1/2 c. sugar.

    Bring to a boil for 1 min. Remove from heat, and cool.

    Add mustard and celery seeds.

    Drain pickles well, and squeeze out water.

    Pour mix over pickles, and mix well.

    Put into bags, or bowls, then freeze.
