    BEEFY CABBAGE CASSEROLE

    Aunt Saunny

    1 lb. cooked ground beef
    1/8 t. garlic powder
    1/2 c. cooked rice
    1 t. parsley
    1 small head cabbage, chopped
    1 1/4 t. salt
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/4 t. pepper
    1 T. sugar
    2 cups vegetable juice cocktail (V8 or tomato juice)

    Chop cabbage and mix all ingredients except tomato juice together. Place in 9x13 baking dish. Pour juice over all. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until warm.
