    Aunt Saunny

    1 lb Hot Sausage
    1 Medium Onion
    1 C. Cornmeal
    1 C. Flour
    2 large eggs
    1 C. Milk
    1/2 C. Oil
    1 can Black eyed peas
    2 C. shredded cheddar cheese
    1 can corn
    4.5oz chopped chili peppers

    Brown sausage and onion. Drain. Mix with all of the other
    ingredients. Pour into a 9x13 greased baking dish and bake at 300F for approximately 1 hour or until golden brown.
