    Aunt Saunny

    This simple dish is basically a hearty, flavourful casserole made with cabbage, kielbasa sausage and potatoes. Use more potatoes, if desired.

    Prep Time: 15 Minutes
    Cook Time: 30 Minutes
    Ready In: 45 Minutes
    Makes: 10 cups

    1 medium head cabbage, chopped
    16 ounces kielbasa, diced
    6 potatoes, chopped
    1 cup water

    1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

    2. In a large bowl, mix together the cabbage, kielbasa, potatoes and water. Transfer to a 9x13 inch baking dish and bake in the preheated oven 30 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender.
