Easy Cheesecake

Aunt Saunny

6 eggs
2 lbs cream cheese
2 cups sugar
6 tsp vanilla
2 pints sour cream
graham cracker crumbs
non stick cooking spray

Cream the cream cheese and add sugar slowly and mix. Add eggs 1 at a
time. Mix. Add sour cream then the vanilla and mix. Spray a 10"
spring form pan with non stick cooking spray and dust with graham
cracker crumbs. Pour mixture into the pan. Bake for 1 hour at 350
degrees. Then shut off heat adn allow to remain in oven for 10
minutes ( top should be browned - if not may need and extra 10
minutes in oven) Cook and then release spring form pan.
