Sauce
2 cans Cream of Mushroom Soup
1- 1/2 or 2 c. chopped cooked chicken
1 c. chicken broth
Mix and Heat
To assemble:
With an ice cream scoop, start off with a scoop full of hot cooked rice.
Layer any of the following:
shredded cheese, crushed pineapple, chow mien noodles ,chopped tomatoes, chopped green onions,almonds,coconut......anything you like.
Then top all this mess with a ladle full of the chicken sauce.
