Hot chicken wings

2 lbs. chicken wings
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. seasoning salt
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup flour
3/4 cup crisco
3/4 cup Louisiana hot sauce plus extra hot sauce
butter, melted
blue cheese dressing
carrot and celery sticks
Coat chicken with a mixture of seasonings and flour. Mix equal parts
crisco and hot sauce in fry pan. Fry wings in crisco and hot sauce
until tender Mix equal parts butter and hot sauce. Drizzle over
chicken. Serve with carrot, celery and blue cheese dressing.
