Simple Dumplings

1 cup flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
2-3 Tbsp. water or salad oil
1 egg
1 can chicken broth, gravy or chicken soup
Parsley (optional)
1. Place flour in bowl. Stir in egg, baking powder and salt. Add water to moisten (parsley optional).
2. Add entire mixture to a boiling liquid (chicken broth, gravy, or chicken soup).
3. Cover and cook two to three minutes.
