    Butterscotch Spice Cookies

    Aunt Saunny

    l pkg. spice cake mix
    l/2 c. veg. oil
    l tsp. vanilla extract
    2 eggs
    l c. butterscotch chips

    Preheat oven to 375. Combine cake mix, eggs, oil and vanilla in large bowl. Beat at low speed with electric mixer until well blended. Stir in buttercotch chips. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake for 8 to l0 minutes or until set. Cool 2 minutes on cookie sheet. Remove to cooling racks. Cool completely.
