Coconut Cream Jumbles

Ingredients:
3 cups sifted flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup sugar
2 Eggs -- well beaten
1 cup heavy cream
3/4 cup Baker's Coconut -- Premium shred
Cooking Directions:
Sift flour once, measure, add baking powder and salt, and sift again. Add sugar gradually to eggs. Add flour alternately with cream, mixing well. Add coconut. Chill.
Roll 1/4 inch thick on slightly floured board. Dredge with sugar. Cut with large round cutter.Bake in hot oven (425 degrees) 13 to 15 minutes Makes 2 dozen 3 1/2" jumbles
