    Cooking spray
    1 18-ounce package refrigerated sugar cookie dough
    1 14-ounce package mini peanut butter cups

    Coat 2 minimuffin tins evenly with cooking spray.
    Divide the dough into 1/2-inch slices. Then divide each of these slices in half and roll each piece into a ball. Place one ball in each muffin cup. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes, until cookies puff up. Press an unwrapped peanut butter cup into the center of each. Return the cookies to the oven for approximately 1 to 2 minutes, until lightly browned.Remove from oven and let cool in pan for 10 minutes. Then finish cooling ona wire rack. Makes 3 dozen.
