    QUICK CHOCOLATE MACAROONS

    "Nana" to Bubbe & Alex

    1 sq. Baker's unsweetened chocolate
    1 1/3 c. Baker's angel flake coconut
    1/3 c. sweetened condensed milk
    1/2 tsp. vanilla

    Heat oven to 350 degrees. Melt chocolate in large microwaveable bowl on
    high
    for 1-2 minutes or until almost melted, stirring after each minute.
    Stir
    until chocolate is completely melted. Stir in coconut, condensed milk
    and
    vanilla. Drop from teaspoonfuls, 1 inch apart, onto well greased cookie
    sheets. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until set. Immediately remove from
    cookie
    sheets to cool on wire racks. Makes about 2 dozen cookies. Preparation
    time
    10 minutes. Baking time 10-12 minutes.
