    Aunt Saunny

    2 egg whites (room temperature)
    2/3 cup sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    6 oz. chocolate chips

    Beat egg whites until stiff. Add 1/3 cup sugar and beat for 3
    minutes. Add remaining sugar and beat another 3 minutes. Add vanilla
    and fold in the chocolate chips. Drop by teaspoonsfuls onto a cookie
    sheet. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place sheet in oven, count to
    10, then turn off the oven. Leave cookies in the oven overnight.
