    1 pkg. (2 layer) spice cake mix
    4 egg whites
    1 cup uncooked quick cooking oats (not instant or old fashioned)
    1/2 c. veg. oil
    1/2 c. raisins

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350. Grease baking sheets.

    Combine cake mix, egg whites, oats and oil in a large mixing bowl.
    Beat at low speed with electric mixer until blended. Stir in
    raisins. Drop by the ronded teaspoonfuls onto prepared baking sheets.

    Bake at 350 for 7 to 9 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool 1
    minute on baking sheets. Remove to cooling racks; cool completely.

    Makes 4 dozen cookies
