    Zesty Lemon Melt-Aways

    1 pkg Zesty lemon cake mix (2 layer)
    16 ounces Cool Whip whipped topping, thawed
    1 egg
    1 Tablespoon grated Lemon Peel
    3/4 cups powdered sugar, sifted

    Heat oven to 350 degrees --Grease 2 Large cookie sheets.

    Combine cake mix, Lemon Peel,whipped topping and egg in large bowl, stir until well mixed. Drop by teaspoon into powdered sugar and roll to coat. Bake at 350 for 10 to 15 minutes until golden brown. Remove from cookie sheet. Cool.
