    "Nana" to Bubbe & Alex

    6-9 medium apples
    2 teaspoons vanilla extract
    1/4 cup orange juice

    DIRECTIONS:
    Peel, Core and quarter apples. Place in crockpot add
    juice and Cook on High 5-6 hours. Add vanilla extract
    cook on low 2-3 hours until apples can be easily mushed.

    Yield: 6-8 Servings
