    Blue Cheese Dip

    Aunt Saunny

    1/2 c Blue Cheese; Crumbled
    1 1/2 c Sour Cream
    1 t Garlic; Minced
    2 tb Fresh Chives; Finely Chopped
    2 t Dried Chives; Crumbled, *
    1/8 t Hot Sauce

    * Use the dried chives if the fresh is not available, otherwise omit. Blend the blue cheese and sour cream
    thoroughly. Add all the other ingredients, blending well. Cover and chill.

    Makes about 2 cups of dip.

    SUGGESTED DIPPERS: Carrots, Cherry Tomatoes, Pineapple, Apple, Pear apple, Cocktail Black Bread, Italian Or French Bread Chunks
