    Broccoli Garlic dip

    10 pkg frozen chopped broccoli
    6 oz roll process cheese food with garlic, cubed
    1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
    1/2 c chopped almonds, toasted

    Cook broccoli according to package directions, omitting salt; drain and
    press well to remove liquid.
    Combine cheese and soup in a heavy saucepan; place over low heat,
    stirring frequently until cheese melts. Stir in broccoli and almonds.
    Serve warm with crackers.
    Yield about 2 cups
