    Cheesy Baked Onion Dip

    Aunt Saunny

    12 to 16 ounces fresh or frozen chopped onions
    24 ounces cream cheese, softened
    2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 cup mayonnaise

    Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.

    Stir together all ingredients until well blended. Transfer to a
    shallow 2-quart dish. Bake about 15 minutes or until golden brown.

    Serve with corn chips or assorted crackers.
