    List of Ingredients




    1 8 oz. package cream cheese (softened)
    2 cups cheddar cheese, grated
    1/2 cup green chile (adjust to taste)
    1 tbsp. dry sherry wine
    1 tbsp. parsley, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 cup pecans, finely chopped

    Recipe



    Mix together all the ingredients except the pecans and form into a ball.

    Chill, covered, in the refrigerator for at least one hour. Roll the ball in the chopped pecans. Serve with your favorite crackers.
