    Spicy Peppa Cheese Dip

    Aunt Saunny

    1 pound process cheese spread, cubed
    1/2 cup beer or apple juice
    1/4 cup Plochman’s Spicy Peppa® Mustard (add more mustard to increase heat level)

    Combine cheese and beer in 1 quart measure or bowl. Microwave on high for 3 to 4 minutes (or until cheese is melted), stirring every two minutes. Blend in mustard and continue microwaving for 1 minute. Serve warm with assorted dippers such as pretzels, chips, vegetables, chicken nuggets, french fries and THIMBLEtail wieners.
    Makes 2 1/2 cups.
