    Aunt Saunny

    1 box frozen chopped spinach
    1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup mix
    1 sm. can water chestnuts
    1 cup sour cream
    1 cup mayonnaise

    Thaw and drain the spinach. Make sure it is chopped in fine pieces. Slice thinly the water chestnuts. Mix everything together and chill. Fresh spinach can also be used
