    Spinach Dip with Artichokes

    1 3 ounce can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
    10 ounces frozen chopped spinach, Thawed and squeezed dry
    ½ cup sour cream
    ½ cup cream cheese
    1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
    2 ¼ cup grated Monterey jack cheese

    Preheat oven 350 degrees. In a large bowl combine artichoke hearts, spinach, sour cream, cream cheese, Monterey jack, and parmesan, stirring until combined. Transfer to shallow dish. Bake about 15 minutes or until bubbly. Serve warm with toasted pita triangles or tortilla chips.
