    Zesty Hot Clam Dip

    Aunt Saunny

    2 8-oz. packages cream cheese, softened
    2 8-oz. cans minced clams, drained
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 tsp. prepared horseradish
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. hot sauce or to taste

    Place cream cheese in a double boiler and melt, add clams, onion, garlic, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce and hot sauce. Stir in enough clam juice to make a smooth consistency. Place in a chafing dish and serve with crackers.

    The Skinny: Use light cream cheese
