    "Nana" to Bubbe & Alex

    1 8-ounce package cream cheese
    1 8-ounce package sour cream
    8-ounces sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    8-ounces Monterrey Jack cheese, grated
    1 (1.25-ounce package taco seasoning mix
    2 teaspoons hot sauce

    Heat cheeses and sour cream in a saucepan until mixture is creamy.
    Stir in taco seasoning and hot sauce. Whisk to blend ingredients.

    1/2 pound browned ground beef may be added to make nacho sauce.
