    2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
    2 Tablespoons water
    1 envelope of your favorite Italian salad dressing mix
    2 cups crushed stuffing mix
    4 cod fillets

    Recipe



    In a bowl, combine the oil, water and salad dressing mix. Dip fish in the mixture and then in the stuffing. Bake at 425 for 15 to 20 minutes
