    Aunt Saunny

    1 can pink salmon
    2 eggs
    S&P
    paprika
    chopped onion
    pinch of garlic
    rosemary
    lemon pepper
    basil (optional)
    chopped green pepper (optional)
    very little flour or bread crumbs

    Mix all ingredients. Shape into patties. Cook in a pan with very little oil or use cooking spray. Serve w/hash browns
