    Aunt Saunny

    4 large tomatoes, cut horizontally into halves, seeded
    1/2 cup buttermilk baking mix
    1/2 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
    1/4 cup mayonnaise type salad dressing
    2 eggs
    2 scallions, thinly sliced
    10 ounces frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
    7 ounces canned tuna, drained

    Preheat oven to 400°F.
    Place tomatoes, cut sides up, in a lightly greased 9 inch square pan. Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl. Spoon evenly on cut side of each tomato half. Bake, uncovered, about 25 minutes until topping is puffed and golden brown
