    Aunt Saunny

    1 (6-oz) chocolate-cookie crust
    2 (12.5-oz) containers chocolate-raspberry ice cream, slightly
    softened

    Garnish:
    1 cup heavy cream, whipped
    1 cup fresh raspberries
    mint sprigs

    Fill crust with ice cream; freeze 4 hours. Garnish.
