Crunchy Fruit Wedges

4 cups corn flakes (this makes 2 cups crushed)
1 cup peanut butter OR cream cheese, softened
4 apples or pears
Crush corn flakes. Slice fruit into 8 wedges, removing core. Spread each wedge with 1/2 Tbsp. peanut butter OR cream cheese. Coat with the crushed cereal. Store, tightly covered in refrigerator. Makes 32 slices.
