Fresh Medium Tomatoes
½ Medium Onion
1 Tsp Parsely
1 Tsp Cilantro
1 to 2 Jalapeños
Cut tomatoes into small cubes and dice the onion and jalapeño. In a bowl combine all ingredients and let chill for 30 minutes and serve.
Note: the juicier the jalapeño, the hotter the pico!
