    Aunt Saunny

    Vegetables of your choice, finely chopped: cabbage, carrot, onion, or mushrooms
    filo pastry (egg roll wraps)
    soy sauce
    Worcestershire sauce
    pepper

    Cook vegetables over high heat in 1 Tbsp. oil for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Add pepper (as desired), 1 tsp. soy sauce and 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce. Stir slowly. Spoon onto filo pastry which has been brushed with
    oil. Wrap to form an egg-roll. Deep fry for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Drain to remove excess oil.
