Ginger Glazed Ham Steaks

1 Tbs. fresh ginger, grated
2 cloves garlic, minced
1-1/2 Tbs. brown sugar
4 ham steaks, about 1/4 lb. each
1/4 cup dry white wine or chicken stock
Preheat oven to 375°F. Combine first 3 ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Rub mixture over both sides of ham. Place ham in a non-reactive baking dish. Add wine and bake 25-30 minutes or until ham is glazed.
