    Orange marmalade glaze for ham

    10 oz. jar orange marmalade
    1/4 tsp. ground ginger
    1/4 tsp. ground cloves
    1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
    1/4 cup orange juice
    6-10 whole cloves
    orange slices for garnish
    1/3 cup raisins

    Prepare ham (stud with whole cloves if desried). Bake ham according
    to directions. About 30 minutes before ham is finished, mix together
    marmalade, ginger, cloves, mustard and orange juice in a saucepan;
    simmer 5 minutes. Remove ham from oven. Spoon half of marmalade over
    meat. Continue baking ham 30 minutes. Stir raisins into remaining
    marmalade mixture. Serve as sauce for ham.
