Apricot-Mustard Pork Tenderloin

1 whole pork tenderloin (your choice of size)
salt & pepper to taste
1 T. apricot preserves
4 T. honey-mustard
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
Season pork tenderloin with salt & pepper. Stir together apricot
preserves and honey mustard; brush mixture over seasoned tenderloin and
roast for 20 minutes, basting occasionally until meat thermometer reads
150-155 degrees F.
