    Marinated Pork Strips

    Aunt Saunny

    2 small pork tenderloins -- trim of all surface fat

    Mix marinade:
    1/2 C soy sauce
    3 tbsp. sugar
    2 tbsp. minced green onion
    2 cloves garlic -- pressed or minced
    2 tbsp. minced fresh ginger (or 2 tsp. ground ginger in a pinch)
    3/4 C. sesame seeds

    Marinate pork in this mixture in a plastic bag, for at least 2 hours,
    make sure that all air is out of bag.
    Drain and reserve the marinade.
    Oil a roasting pan, roast pork for 40-45 minutes at 375 degs.
    Simmer marinade for 10 minutes
    Cut the pork into 1/4 inch slices and serve on cocktail picks with warm
    marinade for dipping.
